Apne dard ko alfazon mein dhalne ki ab humari halat na rahi
Unse kya shiqayat karte humari kabhi aisi adat hi na rahi
Log kehte hain ab lavon pe humari pehle jaise hansi na rahi?
Ye duniya ko hum samjha to sakte hain apni bebaaki se
Par hum apne iss dil ko kaise samhajyein? “aap humari na rahi”
